Exclusive License Agreement

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this source code 
and associated design files (the "Licensed Material"), to reproduce, modify, distribute, 
and sell products built with the Licensed Material, provided that such products are sold exclusively 
to customers who have previously purchased any versions of InkyDash ("Product").

Any person who has not purchased the Product may use the Licensed Material solely for the purpose 
of building one instance of the product for personal use. They are expressly prohibited from 
selling any product that incorporates any part of the Licensed Material.

THE LICENSED MATERIAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, 
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE 
AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, 
DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, 
OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE LICENSED MATERIAL OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE LICENSED MATERIAL.
